Rita Indiana is back with a rallying cry for our gente

After a seven-year absence, La Montra Rita Indiana is back, and she does not disappoint. She had told the world that she would never again make music – “ni por un millón de dólares” – so don’t mind us while we are freaking out at this epic moment. Never one for simplicity, the queer Dominicana used this sudden and surprising return to the spotlight as a rallying cry against colonization, political corruption, and racism. It’s everything we need right now and more.

Cross your fingers for a new album!
